To submit an entry into golfer of the month:

1. attach or combine two consecutive 9 hole rounds

2. a) Must be played during normal weekend men's club

3. 
   b) Can be either Sat-Sun of the same weekend or consecutive weekends if you only play one day (Sat or Sun).

4. 
   c) Card(s) must be signed by another member of your playing group for each round.

5. 
   d) Must include your net score (after handicap adjustment). Handicap must be correct from the day played (each rounds' handicap may be different if played on different weekends).
